Hereâ??s how to do soccer kicks
Stand with your feet together. Then lift one of your legs up, in the front and hold in this position for one second before dropping it back down. You could hold onto a partner if you feel you need support.
Then lift your leg out to the side, whilst keeping your knee facing forward. Hold in this position for one second before dropping it back down.
Lastly, kick your leg up to the back. Hold in this position for one second before dropping it back down.
Repeat the above steps using the other leg.
